About Me

Hi there, I'm Jo Chan, I'm a prenatal yoga instructor, I'm a mother to one spirited little boy, Jonathan and NOW a baby girl named Jolie!

I also actively run my own yoga studio called Surya Yoga (located in Aman Suria) and provide mummies (and mummies-to-be) prenatal yoga classes tailored to support them throughout their pregnancy.

I'd like to blog about what being a mother means to me and I'm geared up to see where motherhood takes me and share my experiences with you - from baby fairs in Petaling Jaya right up to prenatal yoga courses in Australia!
